Making gutsy changes in your health starts in the kitchen when you learn to cook. Eating whole foods made with love is so important, yet something many people don’t even think about. And for good reason—cooking can take a lot of time. Even if you can only find one day a week to make something wholesome, I say do it. Cooking is a habit, like anything else. It does take some planning and time, but together we can figure out how to fit it into your life.

I find many people don’t cook because they don’t really know how to cook. It seems intimidating or too time consuming. Cooking doesn’t have to be a burden! By learning a few simple techniques, like how to use a chef’s knife and how to make a basic salad dressing, you can transform your health.
