I owe my readers an apology. It has been almost two years since I’ve posted anything to this page. That is way too long.
The reason for my absence? Foremost, I realized that health coaching wasn’t my dream job. I’m grateful for having gone to school for my certificate, and I’m grateful for the women I coached. But in doing the job, I realized I didn’t want to do it as a job. Make sense? So, I just stopped. Everything.
Then last week as I was working on my goals for 2016 (more about that to come), I realized how much I miss the consistency of trying new recipes and posting them. That I love. And that I can do here! So, GutsyHealth is back. My goal is to post a recipe every week. Mostly, they’ll be healthy. Mostly. I am human after all.
I’m also going to post some things about my fitness journey. I’ve been running for the last two years, but in 2016 I’m going to ramp it up. I think if I blog about it, I’m more likely to be accountable to myself. And boy do I need that. Comments of encouragement would be very much appreciated! And your stories too.
